Nasdaq-listed AlphaTON Capital (ATON) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 60% controlling interest in Animoca Brands subsidiary Gamee, in a deal valuing the company at $18 million. The agreement follows a deal in October 2025, which saw AlphaTON Capital buy a 51% majority stake in Gamee. The web2/web3 mobile gaming platform claims a total of 119 million registered users, of which 61 million are within the Telegram ecosystem, an audience AlphaTON is particularly focused on scaling.
